THKMC serves more than 57,000 beneficiaries through more than 70 programmes, at 52 Centres and Disability Homes, across five Services, which include Disability, Early Intervention for Children, Family, Seniors’ Community, and Therapy.

For Persons with Disabilities

THK Disability Services aims to enhance the quality of life for Persons with Disabilities through active community engagement and the development of essential skill sets, including communication, social skills, and self-care. The centres under THK Disability Services include THK Day Activity Centre @ Chai Chee and Autism Centre, THK Homes for Disabled, and THK Pan-Disability Centre @ Eunos.

For Children with Developmental Needs

THK Early Intervention for Children Services aims to provide comprehensive Early Intervention (EI) support for children below the age of seven. Our centres cater to children with varying needs, providing specialised intervention for different levels of support requirements and early intervention needs. Our goal is to enhance children’s learning, participation, and independent skills, fostering meaningful engagement in their natural learning environment.

For the Families

THK Family Services is dedicated to enhancing family relationships and promoting community interaction. Our Family Service Centres serve as vital community hubs, addressing psycho-social challenges faced by families. Additionally, our services extend to providing essential support through marital counselling and divorce assistance, guiding families through transitional phases. We conduct various workshops and programmes to facilitate interaction among diverse families, covering topics such as parenting, financial planning, employment, and family relationships.

For the Seniors

THK Seniors’ Community Services aims to promote healthy and active ageing through various initiatives. Our centres help to foster strong connections among seniors in the neighbourhood. THK Seniors’ Community Services also assists seniors with complex care needs, as well as holistic approaches centred on enhancing clients’ quality of life and independence at home.

Additionally, through THK Therapy Services, we offer rehabilitation services for seniors to optimise their physical well-being.

 For Persons with Therapy Needs

THK Therapy Services provides physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech language therapy to support individuals across all life stages.

Our registered allied health professionals deliver therapy through dedicated spaces for children and adults, helping those with developmental needs, injuries, or disabilities. We also offer preventive programmes for seniors, with flexible service options, including individual, group, centre-based, school-based, and teletherapy sessions.
