Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (THKMC) is the charity arm of Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society.
In October 2011, Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities was incorporated as a charity with an IPC status to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large.
THKMC provides assistance to the various groups in our community through more than 55 services and programmes for adults, families, elderly, and persons with disabilities – reaching out to more than 50,000 people in the community.
For Children & Youth
THKMC provides a wide range of services for Children & Youth.
For Children with special needs, THKMC has 4 Early Intervention Programme for Infants and Children (EIPIC) Centres. The services were set up to empower these children to reach their full potential through experiential education, therapy, training and support services.
Children with special needs who need specialised therapy services can also attain them at any of the 2 THK Children’s Therapy Centres.
THKMC also provides support to children who are affected by the divorce of their parents through the services of the Divorce Support Specialist Agency (DSSA) at THK Centre for Family Harmony @ Commonwealth.
For Families
THKMC has 5 Family Service Centres to promote and improve the social well-being of every individual in the family, at every stage of life.
Under the realm of Family Services, THKMC also provides counselling services for problem gambling under THK Centre for Family Harmony @ Circuit. THK Centre for Family Harmony @ Commonwealth is also one of the four appointed Divorce Support Specialist Agencies (DSSAs).

– Information & Referral
– Community Support Programmes
For the Elderly
THK has 15 Seniors Activity Centres (SACs) across Singapore. These centres serve the needy and vulnerable seniors aged 60 and above living in HDB rental flats. SACs promote social interaction and active ageing amongst the Elderly. THK Home Help Services administer the Meals-On-Wheels service that prepares and delivers daily meals to the needy elderly twice a day. THK Home Help Services also provide medical escort transport services to the elderly, accompanying them for medical appointments.
For Persons with Disabilities
For Persons with Disabilities, THK Disability Services has the THK Day Activity Centre (DAC) @ Chai Chee and Autism Centre, THK Homes for Disabled, and THK Pan-Disability Centre (PDC) @ Eunos. These aim to enhance the quality of life for Persons with Disabilities through community engagement and the development of essential skill sets, including communication, social skills, and self-care.
